Terms and Conditions of Writing for www.weinformers.net of Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd

1. Weinformers.net welcomes content contributions from any journalist, writer, editorial content provider or person and takes that content on terms agreed with the provider.
2. Our major aim is to provide a platform for journalists, writers and other individuals with content to contribute editorial content, publish their information and ideas, share and engage with the public and ultimately offer the public information. All content/ articles contributed must be factual, true, an original creation of or owned by the contributor of the particular content.
3. Content provided and paid or to be paid for by Weinformers.net/ Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd to individuals other than staff of Ultimate Media Consult is procured for use only.
4. Content contributors who provide editorial items on per item basis reserve the copyright and responsibility for the content they provide, and thus indemnify Weinformers.net, Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd or its agents of any claims for damages resulting from their content.
5. Content providers are free to provide their content submitted to Weinformers.net/ Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd to any other publisher so long as the user right of the content by Weinformers.net/ Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd is maintained.
6. Weinformers.net/ Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd will use the content/ articles provided by contributors as Weinformers.net/ Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd wishes, including re-editing it to suit particular news and information sections, search engine optimization as well as providing more information to better serve the audience and public interest. 
7. Weinformers.net/ Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd will not knowingly re-distribute or re-sale content of a contributor to a third party unless authorized to do so by the contributor. However, Weinformers.net/ Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd does not guarantee that any contributor’s news and information will not be picked by 3^rd parties, being that our publication is free to access and information might be picked by any member of the public.
8. Weinformers.net/ Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd does not guarantee use or take of any or all articles provided by any contributor and our Editor reserves the right to select articles.
9. Weinformers.net/ Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd will not pay for copied, pirated or publicly owned content provided by any contributor, and will enforce refunds in case already paid.
10. Contributors are advised to monitor www.weinformers.net  and submit a daily, weekly or monthly invoice for payment as per agreed fees and terms of each article/ content provided.
11. All contributors must sign an agreement with Weinformers.net/ Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd to adhere to these terms and conditions before getting paid for their content.
12. Weinformers.net/ Ultimate Media Consult (U) Ltd reserve the right to use or not to use any content or article and to alter any content or article for editorial and online search reasons.
